The hotel rooms were a bit small but still very clean, with a mini-fridge and small microwave, perfect for bringing along snacks for kids. There was a strong moldy smell, but the rooms got tons of sunlight in the morning, which was nice.

Service
9.0
The service was really helpful, especially the night before the Chicago Marathon. The valet, housekeeping, and front desk staffs were nice and professional.
Location
10.0
The location was very central, allowing us to walk to most areas or be within a quick 5-minute walk of the Subway or the L. It was excellent right on the riverwalk in the center of everything, spectacular for being in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping and dining venues.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a big letdown with confusing options and poor service in the restaurant, despite having succulent steaks on the menu.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offers room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services which were useful during the stay.

The dining was delicious but lacking in some areas. The facilities were decent, but nothing extraordinary.
